Erhard Böhm
Senior Counsel
Erhard is an international arbitrator and handles a breadth of arbitrations on behalf of both domestic and international clients. He is specialised in various practice areas, including arbitration, litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, construction, insurance law and M&A.
Erhard has extensive experience in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration and was involved in various international arbitrations as counsel, chairman, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator.
He has been acting under the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, UNCITRAL, Vienna International Arbitral Centre, London Court of International Arbitration, and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce;
He is admitted in Austria and England & Wales. He is a court member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, an advisory board member at the European Foundation for Investment Law and Arbitration, and a former board member of the Austrian Arbitration Association.
He is fluent in English and German.
